Overview
Our refund and cancellations policy lasts 30 days from the date of the sale. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or cancellation. If for any reason you want to cancel your purchase with us within the 30 day cooling off period, contact us on admin@abrv.co.uk, once processed your contract with us will be cancelled and your refund processed within 10 working days.
Refunds
Once your cancellation is confirmed in writing by ABRV Web Hosting your refund will be processed and payment will be returned to you within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation confirmation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
